RF Tight Circuit Enclosures

Aluminum circuit enclosures are ideal for moderate and heavy duty electronic/electrical applications, are priced competitively to thin-walled "hobby" boxes, and are available in many sizes. Four-sided chassis core is 1/8" thick 6063-T52 natural aluminum, top and bottom plates .063" sheared 5032-H32 aluminum, held in place at all four corners with stainless steel screws, drawing the top and bottom together over the core. Fit is tight and secure. Remove the top and the bottom automatically falls away, exposing internal circuitry on both sides for modification, maintenance, or repair operations. Recommended uses include power supplies, filter circuits, computer accessories, medical electronics, oscillators, amplifiers, audio & video enhancers, distribution boxes, switch controllers, regulator circuits, timing devices, tuning networks, etc.

All six sides are sanding textured, providing a bright industrial appearance. Bottom plates protrude from core body 1/2" on longest end and have four punched mounting holes.

Enclosures are boxed or bagged for shipping and storage.

Mounting Frames
Achieve the highest possible performance from interference filters with these direct ground rod bonding frames. Each provides the lowest possible distance and inductance to earth ground, enabling absorption of even the highest frequency interference with the shortest wavelengths.

Units shown below cover a variety of I.C.E. products including passive filters and even matching transformers for low-noise reception.

Each version is made from aluminum plate of a whopping 1/2-inch thickness with a lower frame attachment to bolt to ground rod top. Each is pre-tapped to mount to filter body and packed with supply of anti-oxidant electrically conductive grease and stainless attachment hardware.
